Blog has exceeded rate limit or otherwise requires word verification for new posts.

短時間內用 Windows Live Writer 發佈大量文章，Blogger 會鎖住外部發佈功能，並要求於新文章內輸入驗證碼，以避免文章 Spam。輸入驗證碼後 24 小時後會解除封鎖，之後就可以用 WLW 發佈文章。
